Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting is a 4" 90 degree street elbow with NPT male x female connections. These red brass fittings are designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.) with pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G. The fittings comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass. The relative softness of the material facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. Primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
