The Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting is a 3" union NPT female made from red brass, suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). This fitting has a pressure rating of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., and it complies with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The red brass construction provides superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, while its relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal.
