Fittings are used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, allowing for connections in a straight line, directional changes in flow, flow increase or reduction, or closure of the pipe end to stop the flow. Our line of Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings is manufactured in accordance with ISO procedures and meets the following specifications: Material is 304 stainless steel, with threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1, and dimensions are compliant with ISO49. Each fitting undergoes rigorous quality control processes including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, material composition analysis, and burr removal to prevent severing sealant and to ensure effective seals.
