Fittings are utilized to connect two or more lengths of pipe or to seal the end of a pipe. They serve various functions, such as connecting pipes in a straight line, altering the direction of flow, adjusting flow rates, or closing the pipe end to halt flow. Our Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings are manufactured in accordance with ISO procedures and adhere to the following specifications: made from 304 stainless steel, with threads that conform to ANSI B1.20.1, and dimensions compliant with ISO49. Each fitting is subjected to rigorous testing, including thread testing, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis. Additionally, all burrs are meticulously removed to ensure the integrity of sealants and to prevent the risk of poor seals.
