Fittings are used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, connecting pipe in a straight line, changing the direction of flow, increasing or reducing the flow, or terminating the pipe end to stop the flow. Our line of Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings, made from 304 stainless steel, conforms to ANSI B1.20.1 thread specifications and dimensions ISO49. Each fitting undergoes rigorous testing, including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis. Additionally, burrs are meticulously removed to prevent severing sealant and to ensure secure seals. These fittings are designed to provide durability and reliability in various piping applications.
