The Zurn 34-ZW1017XL 3/4 in. FNPT thermostatic mixing valve is a lead-free cast bronze component designed for installation at the hot water source to mix hot and cold water, effectively reducing the temperature of the hot water in the distribution system to 122°F (50°C) or less. This valve features an outlet temperature range of 95-131°F (35-55°C), a maximum hot supply temperature of 120-195°F (49-90.5°C), and a cold supply temperature range of 40-75°F (4.4-23.8°C), with set temperature accuracy of +/- 4°F (2°C). It is compliant with ASSE® standard 1017 and carries CSA® certification. Additionally, it is certified to NSF/ANSI 372 by IAPMO R&T and is NSF® listed under standard 61, section 9, annex G. The ZW1017XL's precise performance accommodates both residential and light commercial applications, making it versatile for various installations.
