The Zurn 12-ZW1070XL 1/2 in. FNPT thermostatic mixing valve is constructed of lead-free cast bronze and designed to be installed at the point of use to help prevent scalding. This model features an outlet temperature range of 95-115°F (35-46°C) and can handle hot supply temperatures of up to 120-195°F (49-90.5°C) and cold supply temperatures between 40-75°F (4.4-23.8°C). The set temperature accuracy is ±3°F (1.78°C). It is ASSE 1070 listed for use with fixtures, sinks, lavatories, or bathtubs, effectively mixing hot and cold water from the distribution system to achieve a safer final temperature. The ZW1070XL is compliant with multiple standards, including ASSE® 1070, CSA® certification, and is certified to NSF/ANSI 372 by IAPMO R&T, and NSF® listed for standard 61/9 & 372. Its versatile design allows for various end configurations, making it suitable for both residential and commercial installations.
