It includes fan-only operation for summer use and a built-in power disconnect switch for added safety during maintenance. The kit incorporates a manual reset thermal overheat protector, which disconnects power in the event of overheating due to accidental blockage, and a fan delay switch that energizes the fan motor only after the elements are heated, preventing the discharge of unheated air. An integral double-pole thermostat allows for easy adjustment of room temperature to maintain the desired comfort level. All units feature a permanently lubricated, totally enclosed fan motor that ensures long life and low maintenance while gently distributing warmth throughout the area. The product comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 5-year warranty on the heating element. It is CETLUS certified, conforming to ANSI/UL2021 and CSA C22.2, No. 46.
