The 3M™ Stikit™ paper disc roll 210U includes 250 discs per roll, each measuring 5" in diameter with NH aluminum oxide abrasive of P180 grit. These discs feature an open coat aluminum oxide abrasive on a light a-weight paper backing designed for lightweight sanding and finishing applications. The roll format eliminates the need for disc liners and incorporates a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for quick and easy attachment to a backup pad. The open coat construction reduces loading by allowing dust and debris to collect in spaces between abrasive grains, providing a more aggressive cut and longer service life. These discs are suitable for general sanding and finishing on substrates such as paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites including fiberglass. They are designed to be used with a 3M™ Stikit™ disc pad, which is attached to a random orbital sander and sold separately. Typical applications include AOEM finish preparation and repair, finishing, orbital sanding, and polishing within industries such as metal fabrication. The product meets relevant abrasive quality standards and carries a warranty as per 3M’s terms.
