The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Film Disc Roll 255L measures 5" in diameter with a NH (non-hole) configuration and features aluminum oxide abrasive grain with a P320 grit size, containing 125 discs per roll. These discs utilize aluminum oxide abrasive grain on a film backing that delivers a fast cut-rate and uniform, close-tolerance finish, suitable for wood, paint preparation, and defect repair applications. The flexible film backing provides a consistent finish and greater tear-resistance compared to a comparable paper product, making it ideal for high-production environments. Constructed with durable aluminum oxide, it works well on most wood species, and the open coat design ensures a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. A special loading resistant coating helps prevent loading problems during use. It is designed for applications including AOEM finish prep and repair, finishing, orbital sanding, paint and lacquer sanding, cabinetry, custom woodworking and millwork, furniture, metal fabrication, as well as primary wood and panel processing industries.
