The 3M™ Stikit™ paper disc roll 210U includes 250 discs per roll, each measuring 5 inches in diameter with a NH aluminum oxide abrasive and a P240 grit rating. These discs feature an open coat aluminum oxide abrasive on a lightweight paper backing, suitable for lightweight sanding and finishing. The roll format provides convenience by eliminating the use of disc liners and offering an adhesive backing for quick and easy attachment to a backup pad. The open coat construction helps reduce loading by allowing dust and debris to collect between abrasive grains, ensuring a longer service life and a more aggressive cut compared to similar closed coat abrasives. These discs are designed for general sanding and finishing applications on a variety of substrates including paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites like fiberglass. Stikit discs come with a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the backside for clean removal and reattachment, and are recommended to be used with a 3M™ Stikit™ disc pad (sold separately) attached to a random orbital sander. Typical applications include AOEM finish prep and repair, finishing, orbital sanding, and polishing in industries such as metal fabrication. Warranty terms apply according to 3M specifications.
