The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Paper Disc Roll 216U includes 175 discs per roll, each measuring 5" in diameter with a NH (non-hole) configuration, coated with aluminum oxide abrasive grains graded P150. These open coat discs feature a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing (Stikit) for quick attachment and clean removal from a Stikit backup pad (sold separately), designed for use with a random orbital sander. The discs have a lightweight paper backing and are suited for sanding and finishing on substrates such as paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites including fiberglass. The open coat and load-resistant coating prevent loading by allowing dust to collect in spaces between abrasive grains, extending service life and enhancing aggressiveness compared to closed coat abrasives. Applications include AOEM finish preparation and repair, defect repair and leveling, and orbital sanding. The product meets industry standards for quality and performance in AOEM and marine sectors.
