The 3M™ Stikit™ paper D/F disc roll 236U measures 6 inches with a NH hole pattern, featuring aluminum oxide abrasive at P320 grit, with 100 discs per roll. This versatile sanding roll includes discs with a convenient pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for quick and easy attachment to a 3M™ Stikit™ backup pad (sold separately), eliminating the need for disc liners. The discs have a strong C-weight paper backing designed to resist wear during aggressive sanding. Their open-coat construction and load-resistant coating help prevent clogging, maximizing cut efficiency and extending disc life. These discs are suitable for sanding and finishing on various surfaces including paint, primer, softwood, metal, plastic, hard and soft composites, and fiberglass. The adhesive coating ensures easy clean removal, leaving a contamination-free surface for the next disc. The discs are intended for use with a 3M™ Stikit™ backup pad attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander. Aluminum oxide abrasive is chosen for its fast cut rate, long life, toughness, and ability to self-fracture, exposing fresh cutting edges, making it effective for both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys. The load-resistant coating enhances durability and performance during extended sanding applications.
