The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Paper Disc Roll 216U measures 6" in diameter and features NH hole pattern with aluminum oxide abrasive grains graded at P220. The roll includes 175 discs made from open coat aluminum oxide on a lightweight paper backing designed for use with a random orbital sander. These discs have a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing compatible with Stikit backup pads, which are sold separately. The open coat construction reduces loading by spacing abrasive grains to allow dust and debris to collect without clogging the disc surface, providing a more aggressive cut and longer service life. The load-resistant coating further helps prevent loading, making these discs suitable for general sanding and finishing on various substrates such as paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites including fiberglass. Applications include AOEM finish preparation and repair, defect repair, leveling, and orbital sanding. The product complies with industry standards for coated abrasive sanding discs and is certified for use in AOEM industries. Warranty terms are provided by 3M.
