The 3M™ Stikit™ Cloth Disc Roll 341D consists of 6" diameter aluminum oxide P100 abrasive discs, with 100 discs per roll, designed for heavy stock removal on wood, metal, composites, and solid surface materials. These discs feature a heavy X-weight cloth backing with a resin bond to extend disc life under high heat and pressure conditions, and utilize fast-cutting aluminum oxide grain for continuous cutting performance across various substrates. The aluminum oxide mineral is chosen for its fast cut-rate, hardness, strength, and self-fracturing properties, making it suitable for grinding, sanding, and finishing on ferrous alloys and woodworking applications. The discs are pressure sensitive adhesive-backed, allowing quick attachment and removal from 3M Stikit backup pads (sold separately), facilitating easy grade changes and eliminating the need for liners. The product is compliant with industry standards for abrasive tools, dimensions are fixed at 6" diameter per disc, and it is intended for use with disc sanders including random orbital and stationary models. The kit includes one roll of 100 adhesive discs rated P100 grit for versatile grinding, blending, deburring, and surface preparation tasks.
