The 3M™ Trizact™ PSA film disc roll 268XA measures 5 inches in diameter with a 5/8 inch hole and features aluminum oxide abrasive with an A35 micron grade, containing 100 discs per roll. This precise micron-graded aluminum oxide PSA disc is constructed on a durable film backing with pyramid-shaped structures that wear away continually to expose fresh abrasive, enabling fewer processing steps and effective surface leveling while requiring little water. It is designed for applications such as glass defect repair, Corian and acrylic solid surface finishing, and is suitable for use in orbital sanding on cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, furniture, and primary wood and panel processing industries. The product meets applicable industry standards and comes with warranty terms as specified by 3M.
