The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold paper disc roll 216U includes 175 discs per roll, each measuring 5" in diameter with NH (non-hole) design, featuring open coat aluminum oxide abrasive grains rated at P360 grit. The discs are coated on a lightweight a-weight paper backing and have a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for quick attachment and clean removal on a compatible Stikit backup pad (sold separately), designed for use with random orbital sanders. The open coat construction and load-resistant coating prevent loading by allowing dust to collect in the spaces between grains, extending service life and providing a more aggressive cut than closed coat abrasives of the same grit. These discs are suitable for a variety of sanding and finishing applications including paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites such as fiberglass. They are intended for AOEM finish prep/repair, defect repair/leveling, and orbital sanding, widely used in industries like AOEM and marine.
