3M™ Stikit™ Paper Disc Roll 236U measures 6 inches in diameter with a NH (no hole) configuration and features Aluminum Oxide abrasive grains graded at P150 grit, supplied as 100 discs per roll. The disc roll includes adhesive-backed discs designed for quick and easy attachment to a 3M™ Stikit™ backup pad (sold separately), eliminating the need for disc liners. These discs have a strong, c-weight paper backing to resist wear during aggressive sanding, with an open-coat construction and load-resistant coating to prevent clogging and maximize cut efficiency and disc life. Suitable for sanding and finishing on a variety of surfaces such as paint, primer, softwood, metal, plastic, hard and soft composites, and fiberglass, the discs are pressure sensitive adhesive coated on the back for convenient pressing onto backup pads and clean removal without contamination. Aluminum oxide mineral abrasive is used for its fast cut rate, long life, toughness, durability, self-fracturing cutting edges, and suitability for woodworking, metalworking, and ferrous alloys. The discs are intended for use with compatible 3M™ Stikit™ backup pads on disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders. The product meets relevant industry standards and includes warranty coverage as specified by 3M for abrasive products.
