The 3M™ Stikit™ cloth disc roll 341D measures 5 inches in diameter and features aluminum oxide abrasive with a grit size of 36, containing 100 discs per roll. These adhesive-backed discs are designed for heavy-duty operations requiring a robust cloth backing, ideal for heavy stock removal on wood, metal, composites, and solid surface materials. The discs have a heavy X-weight cloth backing with a resin bond that extends disc life under high heat and pressure, while the fast-cutting aluminum oxide grain ensures continuous fast cutting and long-life performance on various substrates. Aluminum oxide is a durable mineral that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, maintaining hardness and strength, which makes it suitable for grinding, sanding, and finishing applications on a wide range of materials, including ferrous alloys. The discs come ready to use with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back, allowing easy attachment and removal from the 3M Stikit backup pad (sold separately), which can be used with disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders.
