The 3M™ Stikit™ paper D/F disc roll 236U measures 6 inches in diameter and features NH aluminum oxide abrasive with a grit size of P120, containing 100 discs per roll. The roll includes discs with a strong C-weight paper backing that resists wear during aggressive sanding. Each disc has a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for quick and easy attachment to a 3M™ Stikit™ backup pad (sold separately), eliminating the need for disc liners. The open-coat construction combined with a load-resistant coating helps prevent clogging, maximizing cut performance and extending disc life. These discs are suitable for sanding and finishing various surfaces including paint, primer, softwood, metal, plastic, hard and soft composites, and fiberglass. The aluminum oxide abrasive is known for its fast cut-rate, long life, and ability to self-fracture to expose fresh cutting edges, making it suitable for both woodworking and metalworking applications, including use on ferrous alloys. The discs are designed to be used with 3M™ Stikit™ backup pads attached to disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders. The product comes with standard warranty terms as provided by 3M.
