The 3M™ Stikit™ paper disc roll 210U contains 250 discs per roll, each measuring 5" in diameter with an NH (non-hole) design and made with open coat aluminum oxide abrasive at P320 grit on a lightweight paper backing. These discs are suitable for lightweight sanding and finishing on various substrates such as paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites including fiberglass. The roll format eliminates the need for disc liners, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows quick and easy attachment to a 3M™ Stikit™ disc pad (backup pad, sold separately) designed for use with random orbital sanders. The open coat construction helps reduce loading by spacing abrasive grains to allow dust and debris to collect in the gaps, resulting in longer service life and a more aggressive cut compared to closed coat abrasives of the same grade. Recommended applications include AOEM finish prep/repair, finishing, orbital sanding, and polishing in metal fabrication industries.
