The Federal Signal 131ST-120R is a red strobe light designed for pipe mounting, operating at 120VAC. This Starfire® model is a single-flash unit that delivers an effective candela output of 1,000 through precise timing of its strobe flash. The dimensions of the light are less than nine inches in height and six inches in diameter, making it compact yet powerful. It houses its own strobe power supply within the base, and the strobe flash tube is securely mounted in an eight-pin octal socket base. The durable Fresnel dome is impact-resistant and crafted from red material, while the base is constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum. Each unit includes a standard 1-inch pipe mount, with an optional surface mount available for additional versatility. The compact size and intense light output make this strobe suitable for a variety of applications, including in-plant use for warning of hazardous conditions, marking dangerous areas temporarily or permanently, and mounting on lift trucks, cranes, and other vehicles requiring emergency warnings.
