The SRL-Adj silicone rubber heating blankets feature a built-in temperature control for true plug-and-play functionality, making them suitable for a wide range of surfaces including tanks, hoppers, conveyors, and silos. They are designed with an easy-to-apply industrial strength pressure-sensitive adhesive backing option. The specifications include power densities of 2.5 watts/in² (0.004 watts/mm²), ideal for metal surfaces, and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 50-425°F (10-218°C). These heating blankets are moisture and chemical resistant, and their grounded heating element is laminated between two layers of 20 mil fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber. They operate on 120VAC single phase and have an exposure temperature range of -60°F to 450°F (-51°C to 232°C). The patented grounded heating element complies with NEC 427.23 and has a dielectric strength of over 2000 volts. Each unit comes with a 6-foot (1.8m) long power cord featuring a standard 3-prong NEMA 5-15 plug.
