This robust solution includes features such as 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns with 12" base plates and a 125 PSF uniform live load capacity. The platform is equipped with a 20-gauge painted white roof deck and 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. All units comply with stringent industry standards, including OSHA, BOCA, UBC, and ADA regulations, ensuring safety and reliability. Additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings or special seismic designs, and accessories such as staircases, handrails, landings, and swing gates are available for separate purchase.
