The Wildeck® industrial steel mezzanine measures 21' - 7"W x 31' - 5"D with a clearance of 10'H and is an effective solution for utilizing existing overhead space to enhance operational efficiency within various facilities. This mezzanine is constructed using 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns complemented by 12" base plates, supporting a uniform live load capacity of 125 PSF. It includes a roof deck made from 20 gauge painted white steel and features 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. The product is designed to comply with various industry standards and regulations, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators), UBC (Uniform Building Code), and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). It is important to note that additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic design requirements.
