Wildeck® industrial steel mezzanine measures 21' - 7"W x 31' - 5"D with an 8'H clearance, providing an efficient solution to utilize existing overhead space for working, office, storage, or manufacturing areas, resulting in cost savings compared to new construction. The mezzanine is constructed of 5" x 5" x 3/16" thick columns with 12" base plates and has a uniform live load capacity of 125 PSF. It includes a roof deck made of 20 gauge painted white material and a 3/4" tongue and groove moisture-resistant unfinished resin board flooring. Wildeck’s products are designed to comply with stringent industry standards and various codes, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators), UBC (Uniform Building Code), and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Note that additional charges may apply for revised engineering drawings and/or special seismic design. Wildeck® provides a warranty on its products, ensuring durability and quality.
