This packaged duct heater is constructed from a galvanized steel compartment with 1/2" fiberglass insulation and a hinged cover. It features a door interlock disconnect switch, primary automatic reset temperature limit control, and a load carrying secondary over temperature protective device. The unit includes a definite purpose magnetic contactor, a differential pressure fan interlock switch, and a 24V step down transformer. A permanently attached wiring diagram is located on the inside of the terminal compartment cover. The galvanized steel element rack must always be 1" shorter than the duct height and 1/2" shorter than the duct width to ensure proper insertion clearance. The heater is UL listed and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
