Heavy-duty flat panel emitter electric overhead infrared heaters are designed to provide safe and efficient electric infrared heat for total area heating or spot heating applications in warehouses, steel mills, machine shops, and various other industrial environments. These infrared heaters utilize a 60-degree symmetric heat pattern alongside bright aluminum reflectors to deliver radiant heat. Constructed with an aluminum extrusion and support clip, they are suitable for high vibration areas and rugged environments, while the rugged steel structure protects the emitter element. The gold anodized aluminum housing ensures long-term reflectivity and corrosion resistance. The ceiling heaters come with L brackets for both chain suspension and rigid mounting, and are engineered for direct wire installation, accommodating single or three-phase wiring configurations that can be wired on either side. They are ETL listed for suspended high-bay indoor applications and include wire guards on all models for added safety. The heating elements included consist of a single flat panel emitter operating at 78.5% radiant efficiency, featuring a 25,000-hour element life expectancy, and are packaged with an electrical enclosure for direct wire installation.
