The kit includes a robust 24 gauge galvanized steel double panel door and frame with a mill finish designed for long-lasting durability. It features a 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing placed between the insulated door and frame, ensuring a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. The frame is equipped with 5/8" notched knock over tabs, while the door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation compressed to 1". An aluminum continuous piano hinge ensures smooth operation. The outside flange dimensions measure 12" wide x 12" high, and the return flange dimensions are 10-3/4" wide x 5/8" deep x 10-3/4" high. The color finish of the door is silver, and it is designed with one latch for security.
