The Steel Roof Hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit comes with an insulated, self-flashing, 12" high curb and a staple for a padlock on both the inside and outside. The hatch is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, featuring a self-latching zinc plated outside T handle and an inside stainless steel slam lock, with one latch included. The unit has a gray finish and measures 38"W x 44"H for outside flange dimensions and 30"W x 12"D x 36"H for return flange dimensions.
