The Hinged Duct Access Door measures 14 x 14 inches and is constructed from 24-gauge galvanized steel, featuring a double panel door and frame with a mill finish for enhanced durability. It includes a 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between the insulated door and frame, ensuring a tight seal without obstruction within the air system. The frame is equipped with 5/8" notched knock-over tabs for easy installation. The door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation that is compressed into 1", along with an aluminum continuous piano hinge. The outside flange dimensions are 14" wide x 14" high, while the return flange dimensions are 12-3/4" wide x 12-3/4" deep x 5/8" high. The door is finished in silver and features a single latch for secure closure.
