The Steel Fire Rated Access Door is designed for installation in walls and ceilings, featuring an insulated door panel that provides a UL 90-minute label for walls with a maximum temperature rise of 250 degrees Fahrenheit after 30 minutes. This unit is tested for up to 3 hours in ceiling applications and is certified with a Warnock Hershey rating for ceilings. It includes a self-latching mechanism with one latch, and comes in a white finish. The outside flange dimensions measure 18"W x 18"H, while the return flange dimensions are 16-1/8"W x 2-9/16"D x 16-1/8"H.
