The kit includes a 24 gauge galvanized steel double panel door and frame with a mill finish, ensuring long-lasting durability. It features 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between the insulated door and frame for a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. The frame incorporates 5/8" notched knock over tabs for secure installation. The door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation compressed into 1", ensuring energy efficiency, and includes an aluminum continuous piano hinge for smooth operation. The outside flange dimensions measure 16" wide x 16" high, while the return flange dimensions are 14-3/4" wide x 5/8" deep x 14-3/4" high. The color finish is silver, and the door features two latches for added security.
