The kit includes a door and frame constructed of 24 gauge galvanized steel with a mill finish for long-lasting durability. It features 1/8" thick x 1/2" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing between the insulated door and frame to ensure a tight seal without obstruction in the air system. The frame includes 5/8" notched knock over tabs, while the door panel is filled with 2" fiberglass insulation compressed into 1". An aluminum continuous piano hinge is also included. The outside flange dimensions are 24" W x 24" H, and the return flange dimensions are 22-3/4" W x 22-3/4" D x 5/8" H. The color finish is silver, and the door is equipped with 2 latches.
