The Steel Roof Hatch is designed to provide convenient and economical access to the roof of a building. Each unit includes an insulated, self-flashing 12" high curb and features a staple for a padlock on both the inside and outside. The kit is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm, along with a self-latching zinc plated outside T handle and an inside stainless steel slam lock, which consists of one latch. It comes in a gray finish, with outside flange dimensions of 44"W x 44"H and return flange dimensions of 36"W x 12"D x 36"H.
