The Bearings Limited B57 OH needle bearing is a drawn cup, full complement design featuring an oil hole and a bore size of 7.95 mm. This needle roller bearing is classified for radial loads and includes a unique structure achieved through the careful selection of alloy steel sheet for the drawn cup outer rings, which are surface-hardened post-pressing. The bearing accommodates slightly larger rollers within the needle roller size range as stipulated by ISO. Available in caged and full complement types, the design ensures that the cage accurately guides the rollers at the pitch diameter, while the hardened surface of the cage minimizes frictional torque, enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
