Bearings Limited RCB121616 is a needle bearing, drawn cup roller clutch and bearing assembly with a bore of 19.05mm. Needle roller bearings are a type of roller bearing and are classified as either radial or thrust depending on the direction of the load they support. These bearings include those whose rollers slightly exceed the size range of needle rollers as stipulated by ISO, and comprise drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings. Available in two types, caged and full complement, the drawn cup outer rings are made from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and are surface-hardened after precise pressing, resulting in a unique structure. The cage of the needle bearing accurately guides the rollers at the pitch diameter of the rollers, and the surface of the cage is hardened to reduce frictional torque while increasing rigidity and wear resistance.
