Bearings Limited B168 OH needle bearing is a drawn cup, full complement design featuring an oil hole with a bore diameter of 25.4 mm. This needle roller bearing, which falls under the classification of radial or thrust bearings depending on the load direction, includes rollers that slightly exceed the ISO-defined size range for needle rollers. The product encompasses drawn cup and solid radial bearings, as well as thrust needle bearings, and is available in two types: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and undergo surface hardening after precise pressing to achieve a unique structure. The cage guides the rollers accurately at the pitch diameter, while its surface is hardened to reduce frictional torque, thereby enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
