Needle roller bearings, which include both radial and thrust classifications based on load direction, feature rollers slightly exceeding the needle roller size range as defined by ISO. This type of bearing encompasses drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, available in caged and full complement variations. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface hardening following precise pressing to create a unique structure. Additionally, the cage of the needle bearing accurately guides the rollers at the pitch diameter and is surface-hardened to minimize frictional torque while enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
