The Bearings Limited JTT1012 needle bearing is a drawn cup caged needle roller bearing featuring two seals and a bore size of 15.875mm. These needle roller bearings are classified based on the direction of the load they support, either radial or thrust. They can include bearings with slightly oversized rollers as defined by ISO, and are available in two types: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and are surface-hardened after precise pressing to create a distinct structure. The bearing's cage is designed to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter, while the hardened surface of the cage enhances wear resistance and reduces frictional torque, promoting increased rigidity.
