The Bearings Limited JH2016 OH needle bearing is a heavy, drawn cup, caged needle roller bearing with an oil hole, designed for a bore size of 31.75mm. Needle roller bearings are categorized as either radial or thrust depending on the load direction they support, and they include drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings. These bearings, which may feature a full complement design, have rollers that slightly exceed the size range of standard needle rollers as defined by ISO. Constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, the drawn cup outer rings undergo a surface-hardening process after precise pressing to achieve a unique structure. The cage of the needle bearing is engineered to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter, with the cage surface also hardened to minimize frictional torque while enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
