Needle roller bearings are classified as either radial or thrust based on the load direction they support and include types such as drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings. These bearings are available in two varieties: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface-hardening after precise pressing to achieve a unique structural integrity.
