The Bearings Limited BH1616 OH needle bearing is a drawn cup, full complement needle roller bearing featuring an oil hole and a bore size of 25.4mm. These needle roller bearings are classified as either radial or thrust, depending on the load direction they support. They encompass designs whose rollers are slightly larger than the ISO-specified needle roller size, including drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings. Available in caged and full complement types, the drawn cup outer rings are crafted from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and undergo surface hardening post-pressing, offering a unique structure. The cage of the needle bearing is designed to accurately guide the rollers at their pitch diameter, while its surface is hardened to minimize frictional torque, thereby enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
