The Y-1 series mounts with one inch deflection effectively address vibration issues and are preferred over most rubber mounts due to their high static deflection characteristics. These spring mounts are specifically designed for noise and vibration control in critical areas on both concrete and wooden floors. Each Y-1 mount includes a three-piece cast iron housing for the spring and features slotted mounting holes along with a non-skid elastomeric acoustic pad on the base for secure attachment to the floor. Resilient elastomeric snubbers on the inner panel prevent metal-to-metal contact, allowing the spring to operate effectively. The mounts come with a built-in leveling device, which can be either external or internal, and can be equipped with flat top or non-skid neoprene top surfaces for internal level adjustment. All springs used in the Y-1 mounts are hot dip galvanized, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
