The "X-100" series spring mounts are engineered to address vibration issues with a one inch deflection, making them a preferred choice over most rubber mounts due to their high static deflection capabilities. Designed for noise and vibration control in critical applications on concrete or wooden floors, each mount features a robust two-piece cast iron housing that encapsulates the spring. The mounts come equipped with slotted mounting holes and a non-skid elastomeric acoustic pad on the base, facilitating secure bolting to the floor. To further enhance their performance, resilient elastomeric snubbers on the inner panels prevent metal-to-metal contact, ensuring proper spring function. Additionally, these mounts include a built-in leveling device, which can be either external or internal, and are available with flat or non-skid neoprene top surfaces for internal level adjustments. All springs in this series are hot dip galvanized, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
