Rust-Oleum® Zinsser® High-Hide Cover-Stain® Primer is an oil-based primer-sealer designed for both indoor and outdoor use, providing premium hiding power while maintaining lower VOC levels at 350. This versatile product effectively blocks stains and hides dark colors, prevents tannin bleed, and penetrates and seals exterior wood. It is suitable for use over fire, smoke, and water damage, and adheres to all surfaces without the need for sanding. The fast-drying formula allows for recoat in just 2 hours, and the primer can be applied using a natural or synthetic bristle brush, roller, pad, or sprayer.
