This shredding kit is designed to obliterate large quantities of materials including archives and bulk storage, and is capable of shredding staples, paper clips, credit/store cards, CDs/DVDs, floppy disks, and USB sticks. It features convenient material feeding via a non-slip conveyor belt, and the shredded material is compressed into compact bales for easy disposal, either in a box or waste bag. The automatic oiler ensures a consistently high cutting capacity, allowing for the compression of 4-9 bales per hour. The unit is equipped with a lifetime warranty on the cutting cylinder and features an automatic return to eliminate paper jams, ensuring continuous duty operation without downtime. The cutting rollers are made of hardened solid steel, and a light barrier activates the compression process automatically. This product is TAA compliant and includes a user safety mechanism through an emergency off rail. An intuitive multifunction element simplifies operation, and the device can be easily commissioned using plug-and-play. It also incorporates an SPS controller with a multi-lingual display and is mobile on castors.
