The strong 2-1/2" x 4" wire decking features welded construction with 14-gauge channel supports, providing a durable and reliable shelving solution. Unlike wood or metal decking, the wire design allows light, air, and sprinkler penetration, offers a clear view of upper tiers, and minimizes dust and debris accumulation. The decking is easy to install by simply dropping it into place over beams, compatible with beams that have a 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" step. It has a load capacity of 2,083 lb and is finished with an oven-baked gray enamel coating for added durability. To order, measure the beam length between uprights (left to right), the beam depth overall (front to back), and the depth between beam steps (front to back).
