The 1830 series pilot uni-kit is specifically designed for use with all uni-line and competitive thermocouples. Each kit includes an adaptor that enables conversion from a threaded thermocouple/thermopile model 2CH to a snap-in thermocouple type, model 2C. The kit is equipped with a natural gas orifice installed, along with a separate L.P. gas orifice. It features a pilot tubing size of 1/4" tubing. The 1830 pilot uni-kits are characterized as aerated type pilots, which effectively combine the optimal features of both incinerator type and target type pilots. These pilots exhibit non-linting characteristics and operate without the need for air shutters or supplementary shields, eliminating the necessity for assembly or adjustment.
