The S Series is a non-fire insulated line of security safes designed for protecting items in convenient locations. It features a biometric fingerprint lock coupled with an electronic push-button lock, allowing for dual access options. Constructed from 14 gauge steel for the body and a robust 3/16" thick steel door, the safe is secured with two 3/4" round bolts and a reinforced door frame. For ease of installation, the body includes two 3/8" pre-drilled holes for mounting to walls or other surfaces, with the holes positioned 10" apart. The interior is carpeted and includes one fixed position shelf, and mounting hardware is included. The safe has an external weight of 31 lbs, with external dimensions of H: 11.75" x W: 15" x D: 11.875", and internal dimensions of H: 11.5" x W: 14.5" x D: 10.75". It boasts an external volume of 1.21 cubic feet and an internal volume of 1.04 cubic feet. The lock system allows up to 25 fingerprints for access, with single user codes that can range from 4 to 8 digits, where numbers may be repeated to form combinations. The safe operates on 4 AA batteries located in a battery compartment within the safe, and a battery indicator monitors battery life, which typically lasts between 6 to 12 months under normal usage. The exterior is finished with a black textured powder coat for durability.
